Preparing for the job market (you can never start too early!)

Brian Croxall over at ProfHacker offers some great advice on getting a jump on next year's job market.  For those in the midst of everything right now, this may be too little too late, but for those thinking about heading into next year's market, it's never too early to start gathering materials and getting yourself organized.
